Founded by childhood friends Luke Fring and Porter Todd, who grew up together in a middle-class Asian household in New Orleans in 1995, our restaurant is a celebration of the flavors and traditions they cherish. Inspired by their roots and the vibrant culinary culture of their hometown, Luke and Porter created this space to share their favorite Asian Creole dishes with the community. Committed to quality and authenticity, they only use fresh ingredients in every dish, ensuring a dining experience that is both flavorful and heartfelt.
